Pilates Classes

 

Pilates exercises are designed to improve posture, strengthen and stabilise the back and core and improve mobility and flexibility. Our classes are for beginners and improvers and Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Our classes are small with up to 10 clients in a class so that you are ensured of one to one support and guidance from Zoe to help you progress. Zoe also offers one to one sessions or if you would like a session for a few or your friends or for your family that can also be arranged at a time to suit you.

Prices

Classes are payable in blocks of 4 at £26 (£6.50 per class) if you are unable to attend one of the sessions we will advertise this space, if we are able to fill your space we will credit you the cost of the class in your next block. If we are unable to cover your space you will lose the cost of that class. Refunds cannot be given.

Classes at Moat Farm Barn are payable in blocks of 6 classes at £48.

If you prefer to pay as you go you can pick up classes when a regular person is away (see the table below), or if we have a space in a class you can pay as you go until we find a permanent person for that space. Pay as you go classes are £8

If you have not tried Pilates before it is important that you learn the principles of Pilates before you attend a class so that you can safely perform the exercises. You will need to attend a one to one session with Zoe which is charged at a reduced rate of £30

One to one sessions are £35 per hour
